I have a need to be able to detect if the CANCEL button in Print Preview can be detected in VBA. The Print Preview is called up by a VBA routine and I wish to write some data to a database if printing proceeds, but not write to the database if CANCEL has been selected Are you aware of anyway to trap this event. Thanks Vik
